Privacy

Cadentra is in private beta. This page explains what we store for worship teams using the product today.

What we collect

• Account identity from our auth provider (Supabase): email, optional display name, and authentication metadata.
• Organization and membership data: workspace name, roles, invites, and roster details your team enters.
• Product content: services, songs, arrangements, notes, files you upload, and related rehearsal metadata.
• Optional YouTube references you attach (video IDs / embeds). Cadentra does not sell this data.

How we use it

Data is used only to operate Cadentra for your organization — planning services, preparing music, rehearsing, and collaborating with members you invite.

Storage and providers

Authentication and database/storage are provided by Supabase. Uploaded media and charts live in private org-scoped storage. YouTube content is embedded from YouTube; Cadentra does not host those videos.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to your organization members and the operators maintaining this private beta.

Retention and removal

During beta we may retain workspace data while your org is active. Request account or data removal via support.
